Prices

All prices quoted are net of VAT. VAT will be charge at the current UK rate of 20%. in the event of any increase in VAT we reserve the right to charge the new rate as set by the Government of the UK.

Delivery

Upon clearance of payment goods supplied to the UK mainland will be at cost. Outside the UK mainland and the rest of the world, We use FedEX next day delivery as our carrier. If you have your own carrier you with to use this can be done by arrangement.

Payment

Payment by SSL secure payment on our website by any major credit/debit card or by cheque or bankers draft sent to our address. Payment due on order.

Returns Policy

We will only accept good to be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are found to be faulty.

Personalisation of Goods

The purchaser accepts all liability for any logos used and by ordering goods they have the legal right to use such logos. Charmers can not be held responsible for any breach of copyright in the execution of any personalised order placed by the purchaser. Charmers will also not be responsible for any spelling mistakes on artwork supplied. It is the purchasers responsibility to check all spelling when ordering. Any mistakes will not justify returning under faulty goods. Any use of logo's displayed on this site does not imply we have supplied the product it is only an example of what is possible. The copywrite of any logo's used remains the property of the respective owners.

Proofing of Personalised Products

Charmers will supply via e-mail a proof of any personalised product for the purchaser to approve. Any mistakes found after approval and the goods have been paid for, produced and delivered Charmers can not be held responsible

The Ribbon Printer

The printer is covered by a full manufactors Warranty of up to 2 years a copy of which is enclosed with each machine as long as you use our recommended products in the machine. We strongly recommend  you purchase a print head cleaning pen at the time of purchase.
